A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

In 2019 I completed 200 hours yoga teacher training in London. Before final exams, I dislocated my  right elbow which taught me a lot how to teach from more compassionate and kinder place in my heart.

Then Covid hit us all and I thought,"What's next?"most of started using online platforms  to take care of our physical and mental health and yoga teachers started using this platforms to teach the classes. I managed to create online community which grew on popularity amongst my friends and neighbours. I streamed variety of yoga classes for complete beginners, people with injuries , meditation sessions , face yoga or breathwork workshops. During this isolation period of pandemic I managed to complete the Children's Yoga Course allowing me to work in schools. I offered a very popular after school clubs to local primary schools and also morning yoga club for children with additional needs. Yoga started to have positive effects on the children I taught,  and these sessions grew on popularity more each school term.

Currently I run private 1:1 sessions or group sessions in my garden yoga studio which i purposely built in 2022 for my yoga business. I offer in person and online sessions specially tailored to each individual's needs. I also specialize in group workshops related to specific themes like perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, weight loss , lower back tension release, arms/core strength...

Being more aware of our bodies and what they are capable of in positive and healthy way and how yoga can helps us to achieve positive change and balance which can last lifetime if harness correctly.
